PolyArk (Africa) Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Application Engineer - Kenya in our Consulting & Integration group.

The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for facilitating the growth of PolyArk, by providing daily support and optimizing the effectiveness of our client partners.

Essential Functions/Duties:

Identifies and develops marketing and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities and ensure customer success
Initiate and participate in client-level strategic planning and execute on major client initiatives
Become a trusted advisor to our Client Partners and to our healthcare insurance clients and prospects leveraging your business technology industry expertise within the first month
Work with strategic and other accounts across East Africa to help them understand the PolyArk value proposition.
Lead Account Engagements and Solutions Selling
Manages partnerships and ensures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of accounts.
Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to management.
Manage the sales process for an assigned territory from introduction to delivery
Build on-going relationships with internal and external contacts to complete tasks related to delivering solutions services to our clients.
Deliver all sales channel objectives and business measurements including sales calls, pipelining, ROI analyses, win rate, average deal size, etc.
Effectively collaborate and communicate with P&L leaders, Sales, Delivery, Research and Development and Executive Management throughout deals in-progress
Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis
Monitors programs to assess the sales impact of the solutions services
Qualifications:

A successful track record of consulting with large healthcare insurance industry clients including clients at the executive level within a healthcare insurance organization regarding their decisions for marketing and distribution, member enrollment, fraud prevention and or claims processing.
Must have personally achieved software sales quotas of over USD10M annually
Strategic thinking skills with strong leadership skills and strong leadership experience including responsibility for new business development including, booking and revenue growth and/or delivering complex solutions at key strategic accounts.
12+ years in large, complex enterprise IT and software sales.
The ability to effectively deal with complex client relationships, decision processes, and multiple agendas
BS degree (MBA or Advanced degree preferred).
